Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order.

We aim to ensure that all products are in stock all of the time, and if it is, we have a policy to despatch items within 48 hours, if not sooner.

However, on the odd occasion when we have a run on a certain item and our stocks are eradicated we will ensure that you are informed within 24 hours of the order, along with an estimated time frame as to when the stock will become available.

If you require an order by a certain date, please do let us know when you make the payment and we will do everything we can to ensure your goods arrive in good time.

We pride ourselves on the communication we have with our customers throughout the order, from the moment you click 'add to the basket' to the moment it arrives at your door... and beyond.
